The B-3 zoned property now subject to hardcover standards will <br />require a hardcover variance within the 500-1,000' setback. The increase in net <br />floor area results in a more intense parking stall variance. The addition will <br />provide an expanded retail, loading area, warehouse/cooler areas, satellite bank, <br />pharmacy, offices and break room.
