A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING <br />ON BRACKETTS POINT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 3764 of the Council adopted September 9, <br />1996, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer in reference to the Bracketts Point sanitary <br />sewer improvement, and this report was received by the Council of February 10, 1997; and <br />WHEREAS, the report provides infomiation regarding whether the proposed project <br />is necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />Minnesota: <br />1.The Council will consider the installation of such sanitary sewer improvement in accordance <br />witit the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the <br />improvement of $424,789. <br />2.A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the <br />__________, 1997 in the Council Chambers, 2750 Kelley Parkway, at_ <br />_____ day of <br />_ p.m. and the <br />Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required <br />b}' law. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 10th day of February, 1997. <br />ATTEST:Gabriel Jabbour, Mayor <br />Dorothy M.
