A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING <br />ON BAY RIDGE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 3764 of the Council adopted Septembe <br />1996, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer in reference to the Bay Ridge sanitary se’ <br />improvement, and this report was received by the Council of February 10, 1997; and <br />WHEREAS, the report provides infomiation regarding whether the proposed pro <br />is necessary', cost effective, and feasible. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Oro <br />Minnesota: <br />1.The Council will consider the installation of such sanitary sewer improvement in accorda <br />with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of <br />improvement of $235,592. <br />A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement cn the <br />__________, 1997 in the Council Chambers, 2750 Kelley Parkway, at____p m. and <br />Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as requi <br />by law. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 10th day of February’, 1997. <br />ATTEST:Gabriel Jabbour, Mayor <br />Dorothy M.
