We understand that Schoell <br />and Madson, Inc. is requesting mformation regarding the above-referenced property. <br />Regarding your request, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) staff has conducted a limited <br />file evaluation for the referenced propertv' or other properties in a two-mile radius. The file evaluation <br />included the review of the following: <br />(1) EPA- <br />(2) EPA - <br />National Priorities List (NPL); <br />Comprehensive Environmental Response. Compensation, and Liabilitv' <br />Information System (CERCLIS); <br />(3) MPCA- Permanent List of Priorities (PLP); <br />List (1) and (3) are tlie respective federal and state Superfund lists. Sites on these lists arc added and <br />deleted by a specific administrative process. Sites on tliese lists have confirmed contamination and are <br />under various stages of investigation and remediation. List (2) is a national inventorv' of suspected or <br />confirmed hazardous waste sites.
