This project will have a lower overall impact than would a
residential subdivision or other currently allowable use.
31. Other Potential Environmental Impacts If the project may cause any adverse
environmental impacts which were not addressed by items 1 to 28, identify and discuss
them here, along with any proposed mitigation.
None
32. Summary of Issues (This section need not be completed if the EAW is being done for
EIS scoping: instead, address relevant issues in the draft Scoping Decision document
which must accompany the EAW.) List any impacts and issues identified above that may
require further investigation before the project is commenced. Discuss any alternatives or
mitigative measures that have been or may be considered for these impacts and issues,
including those that have been or may be ordered as permit conditions.
No significant issues requiring further analysis have been identified during the EAW
preparation. Wetland impacts will be mitigated in accordance with the 1996 Minnesota
Wetland Conservation Act and the Federal Clean Water Act. The project has been
planned to minimize future environmental impact. Many alternatives have been analyzed
