The applicant <br />is proposing conb<mction of a partial second level over the single story residence. The <br />existing single stalPgarage is located 3’ from the residence. The application does not <br />require any structurar^verage variance. The residence is located in the 500-1000' <br />setback area allowing hardcover. There will be no change to the hardcover which <br />exists at 28.26%. SetbaclN^^iances are required due to the location of the existing <br />structure at 18' side setback aqd 29' rear setback. The be^<5om expansion results in an <br />intensification requiring to wrapHhe existing variances^/Mabusth indicated that she has not <br />received any comments after noti^tion from the Accent neighbors.
