That brings up our fears that '.Windward Marine will <br />request a dock extension again. <br />Clearly the extensions they v/ere granted during the low water years <br />are unnecessary this year. We were assured by you that those permits <br />beyond 200' were due to extenuating circumstances and offered no <br />precedence to the future. The lake level is back to normal and we <br />expect their docks to extend no further than normal water levels. <br />In order to avoid any misunderstanding, you have in your files the <br />photographs taken from my yard during normal lake levels; this year <br />should be the same. In the event anything different is comtemplated, <br />please be in touch with me well in advance of any meeting. <br />At last year's meeting we also brought up our concerns about the <br />rocks they have put in the lake to form jetties. Representative <br />Cocran was very concerned and questioned who issued that permit. <br />Have you determined that yet?
