3. <br />4. <br />The south end of the parking lot should be raised to an elevation of <br />931.3 to prevent water from ponding in the parking area. <br />B.Planting of replacement trees and shrubs in the area adjacent to the parking <br />and stormwater pond expansion. <br />Proposed landscaping features including vegetative plantings shown on the <br />landscaping plan shall be completed concurrently with the building construction <br />and parking lot/stormwater pond expansion. <br />Erosion control methods adhering to the appropriate Best Management Practices <br />shall be employed at all times on the site during expansion of the parking lot and <br />stormwater pond construction. <br />5. Applicant shall adhere to the following site operation conditions: <br />a. <br />b. <br />c. <br />d. <br />e. <br />f. <br />g- <br />h. <br />Use of the building is limited to boat sales office, minimal parts sales related <br />directly to the boat sales operation, and slip rental activity. No other uses <br />shall be allowed without review and approval by the City Council.* <br />Maximum number of emloyees housed at the site is limited to three. <br />Slip customer retroom facility shall be managed so as to be accessible to the <br />intended users at all times. <br />No porta-potties shall be allowed on the east side of Shoreline Drive after <br />completion of the indoor facilities. <br />Portable head pumpout equipment location and operational aspects shall be <br />subject to review and approval by City staff. <br />Property owner shall advise the City of the name of the lessee/site operator, <br />and shall advise the City of any changes in the status of such person(s). <br />The site may be used for the winter storage of no more than 5 boats without <br />further city approval. <br />No more than six boats may be displayed for sale on the property between <br />the shoreline and the east side of the building. Property owner shall take <br />whatever steps are necessary to prevent this area from becoming <br />impermeable to surface runoff infiltration. <br />No boats for sale shall at any time be stored in required parking stalls. <br />Paee 12 of 15 <br />1 <br />f
