The marina property is <br />divided by County Road 15 and consists of 1.86 acres on the east portion of the <br />property and 1.44 acres on the west side of County Road 15. The portion of <br />property on the east side is 115 feet in depth at the proposed building location. <br />The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on January 21, 1997 <br />and recommended approval of the proposal subject to a three stall parking increase <br />and concurrent stormwater system upgrade, and subject to adherence to the site and <br />Page 2 of 15
