Graduated with honors from both high school and college; <br />invited to join Beta Gamma Sigma, business honorary. Earned 100% of college <br />expenses through part-time jobs. ' <br />Civic and Volunteer Activities (past and present): <br />Active member in my church; active in fund raising, welcome ministries, and <br />annual raffle (6 years). Currently, Board member of the following; Ridgedale <br />Alternative Program (RAP), and Sales and Marketing Executives (SME). Member of <br />Forty-Niners Business Development Group. Past Board Member of Network <br />Professionals and Toastmasters International. Volunteer and speaker for various Job <br />Transition Groups and churches. <br />Please state your reasons for wanting to serve on this Commission. <br />My parents grew up in the Wayzata area and gave me an appreciation of the beauty <br />of our area, and a respect for our unique natural resourcco. In addition, I would <br />like to be more involved In my community; and friends have suggested serving on <br />the Parks Commission.
