Applicant to install appropriate "Private Property/No <br />Trespassing" signage within both portions of marina <br />property. Applicant is hereby advised that if fencing is <br />deemed necessary at some future time, that variance approval <br />is required if sections of the fencing are to be located <br />within the 0-75' lakeshore protected area. <br />3. The City of Orono shall install a cross-walk as approved <br />by Hennepin County and the Public Works Director of the City <br />of Orono. Applicant shall participate in the shared payment <br />for all costs associated with the installation of cross­ <br />walk. <br />4. Final landscape plan shall include a planting schedule <br />for replacement trees and screening of dumpster on the east <br />portion of the property and as shown on attached site plan. <br />5. The new dock construction shall be subject to the <br />following conditions; <br />A) Access to dock must be maintained every 300'. <br />B) The 20-B? C rating shall be maintained by providing <br />firs extinguishers on each float and one on the pier or <br />warf 25' at the head of the gangway to float, pursuant <br />to Uniform Fire Code Section 79.911 (e). <br />C) All electrical equipment installed and used must be <br />in accordance with the National Electrical Code as it <br />applies to wet, deunp or hazardous locations. <br />Page 5 of 8 <br />1 <br />L_
