The Council needs to <br />declare a vacancy in the office of councilmember and determine how the vacancy is to be filled. <br />A resolution declaring a vacancy in the office of councilmember is attached for Council <br />adoption. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to adopt the attached resolution declaring a vacancy in the office of councilmember of <br />the city of Orono.
