!!' <br />Member Thies introduced the follov^^ng resolution and moved its adoption; <br />CITY OF MEDINA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97- 03 <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATION THE CITY OF ORONO <br />AS THE RESPONSIBLE GOVERNENTAL UNIT FOR PURPOSES OF <br />A ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET <br />FOR THE SPRING HILL GOLF CLUB <br />WHEREAS, the proposed development of the Spring Hill Golf Club requires the preparation <br />of an Environmental Assessment Worksheet; and <br />WHEREAS, the property involved in the Spring Hill Golf Club project is located in the cities <br />of Orono and Medina; and <br />WHEREAS, most of the property and all of the buildings will be located in the City of Orono; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, in situations In which more than one governmental unit is involved, one <br />governmental unit must be designated as the responsible governmental unit for the purposes <br />of an Environmental Assessment Worksheet. <br />NOW.
