FOR <br />A ONE DAY OFF-SITE GAMBLING PERMIT <br />WHEREAS, the Orono Hockey Boosters, Inc. are licensed to conduct lawful <br />gambling activities, and <br />WHEREAS, the Orono Hockey Boosters, Inc. proposes to conduct a one day off­ <br />site gambling activity (raffle) as part of its annual pancake breakfast at the Orono High School <br />on January 19, 1997, and <br />WHEREAS, the Orono Hockey Boosters, Inc. is required to obtain approval of <br />the off-site gambling activity from the city *n which the activity will occur. <br />NOW, THEREFORF .''•E IT RESOLVED, the Orono City Council does hereby <br />approve the application of the Or ' ev Boosters, Inc. to conduct a one day off-site <br />gambling activity (raffle) at the Orou Hi , on January 19, 1997. <br />1997. <br />Adopted at a regular meeting of the Orono City Council this 13th day of January, <br />ATTEST:Gabriel Jabbour, Mayor <br />Dorothy M.
