STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />The applicant shall provide a current, certified survey indicating lot area, lot sizes, lot widths, <br />primary and alternate septic sites, and platted roads that meet the subdivision requirements. The <br />applicant should work with City staff to develop a plan that meets the Zoning and Subdivision <br />requirements.
