V <br />#2417 Amend B-5: Add Drugstore Use <br />November 10,1998 <br />Page 6 <br />As an alternative for this applicant, if Planning Commission concludes that the B-5 should not be <br />amended, you may wish to provide some direction as to whether the 2380 Shadywood Road site is <br />suitable for the drugstore via a rezoning to B-1, and the potential impacts of such a rezoning should <br />the drugstore then not be constructed. <br />The neighboring properties within 350’ of the Shadywood Road site, as well as the owners of all <br />properties zoned B-5, have been notified for this public hearing.
