As noted in prior <br />correspondence, the site should be limited to the two driveways shown on the site plan: The one shared <br />with O’Sullivan and the one at the north property line. <br />Two other issues are of concern, however. First, upon development all other aprons must be removed <br />and replaced with curb and sidewalk to preclude errant drivers try ing to enter and to minimize any <br />potential hazard to pedestrians. Secondly, the proposed sign at the far south end of the site might present <br />a sight-distance problem for the southerly driveway and/or drivers turning right from westbound CSAH <br />15 to northbound CSAH 19. <br />If the city can help address these issues the proposal should function satisfactorily with minimal impact <br />to the road. <br />Again, thank you for the opportunity and please call w ith questions or discussion. <br />David K.
