§10.40 <br />G. Nurseries. Day nurseries provided not less than 50 square feet of outside play area <br />per pupil is available and fenced. <br />H. Offices. Accessory' Uses. Within any "B-1" Retail Sales Business District, the following uses <br />shall be permitted accessory uses: <br />A. Garages, Etc. Private garages, off-street parking and loading spaces, as regulated <br />in this Chapter. <br />B. Signs. Signs, as regulated in this Chapter. <br />C. Temporary Buildings. Buildings temporarily located for purposes of construction <br />on the premises for a period not to exceed time necessary’ to complete said construction. <br />D. Landscaping. Decorative landscape features. <br />E. Fences. Fences, as regulated in this Chapter. <br />F. Incidentals. Any incidental repair or processing necessary to conduct a permitted <br />principal use, provided that the incidental use shall not e.xceed 30% of the floor space of the <br />principal building. <br />G.
