Inc. <br />SUBJECT: Site Evaluation and Conditional Use Permit <br />Thank you for reviewing our concepts and plans for a new building at 2190 West Wayzau Boulevard. <br />Given the impending winter season, time is of the essence and we appreciate your prompt review. We <br />also request to be included on the agenda of the November 23 Council meeting. <br />The building will be owned by Green Valley Associates, a sister company of SERVICE 800. <br />The occ'tpant of the building will be SERVICE 800. Inc,, a small computer-related services company. <br />Our business is most like a consulting company and our main activity is regtilar clerical/office activity. <br />Other th.m regular office equipment and supplies, no warehousing is to be done at the building. <br />SERVICE 800 currently offices in Wayzata and has IS employees. <br />The purpose of this project is to create an office situation for our growing company. Although we may <br />elect to lease part of the building, our primary intent is to have space into which we can easily expand <br />if we need to. <br />The minimum space required for our current and future needs is 10,000 square feet. Although the City <br />of Orono prefers a floor/acreage ratio of 15%. the 25% required on our plan is the minimum usable <br />building size.
