She indicated that the applicant is the <br />developer of the property currently under purchase agreement from Thomas Meyer. The <br />1.77 acre property is located in the LR-1A Zoning District, which requires 2 acres. Van <br />Zomeren said she believes there is enough space on the property for a building pad that <br />would meet all required setbacks. The Planning Commission unanimously <br />recommended approval. Staff recommended approval or amendment of the resolution. <br />Jabbour moved, Goetten seconded, to approve Resolution No. 3937. <br />Peterson asked about the proposed structure and its relationship to the Luce Line and <br />Staffs recommendation. Van Zomeren said she would preferred to have seen the <br />building plan but the size of the lot is adequate. <br />Jabbour amended his motion, Goetten seconded, to include no further variances will be <br />allowed.
