He is requesting approval to sell a comer of his property <br />that measures .25 acres to his adjacent neighbor at 4720 Bayside Road a <br />septic area. The septic system inventory for both parcels is Exhibits. <br />I he proposal will reduce the size of the existing 6.51 acre by a <br />quarter acre and increase the size of the adjacent lot which is non-conforming <br />as to lot size. <br />The proposed lot line rearrangement will not interfere with the location of <br />the primary or alternate site for the applicant's property. <br />Pertinent Ordinances: <br />.
