The applicants do not intend <br />to remove the existing boat house with stairs along the lakeshore. <br />This application requires the following variances: <br />1. Accessory structure to remain on the property without a principal structure. <br />2.Hardcover in the 0-75 ’ lakeshore setback. The applicants are requesting 924 s.f.
