STATEMENT OF HARDSHIP <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />The zoning lot conforms to lot area, lot width, and side yard setback requirements. The existing <br />residence is located within the required lakeshore setback. The proposed plan reduces the amount <br />of hardcover in the 0'-75' setback. The existing amount of hardcover on the site is 10,228 sq. ft. <br />(23%). The proposed plan is for 6,595 sq. ft.
