The property contains a wetland located at the back <br />p i'on of the property which restricts the Applicants from building on that part of the lot. The house is <br />CvO.structed without a basement due to the high water level which leaves the residence without <br />adequate storage on the property. <br />Weinberger stated present hardcover in the 75 ’-250 ’ lakeshore setback is 45.6 percent and this <br />application proposes to increase hardcover to 46.4 percent. <br />Staff recommends approval based on the existing hardship. <br />There were no public comments. <br />Chair Snriith inquired why the Applicants didn’t add on to the existing garage. <br />Mrs. Tuttle indicated they had the understanding they were prohibited from doing so. <br />Stoddard moved.
