(.33 acres) <br />Application:The applicants are requesting a variance to replace a garage that was <br />destroyed by fire in the same location and size, except that the proposed <br />massing of the garage is different in that they wish to use storage trusses <br />that increase the height from 12' to 15'. Because this is a change in height <br />from the previous garage, a variance is required to build the garage. <br />The variance is not for a height increase, however, because the proposed <br />garage does not exceed the height of the principal structure.
