The provision of outside sillcocks and indoor water supply xhall hg allowed in all <br />accessory buildings. Becauae the provision of plumbing fixtures and wastewater olumhiny in <br />accessory buildinys has the potential to allow such buildings to be used as dwelling units, plumbinp <br />in accessory buildings shall be reyulated as follows: <br />Proyision of any cnmhination of fixtures requiring wastewater pliimbiny that does <br />not include a shower or hathniK shall be considered as an allovygd <br />any accessory building subject to proyision of municipal sanitary sewer or a <br />conforming sewage treatment system designed to handle the anticipated flows from <br />such fixtures, and subject to the property owner executing a coyenant providing that: <br />St Accessory building will not be used for a home occupation unless <br />specifically ^proved bv Citv. <br />■ Accessory building will not be used as a dwelling imless a guest house <br />riTPisnhtaineH <br />£* Accessory building will not be rented out , bartered 0.' exchanged <br />for value, as a dwelling unit under any circumstances. <br />Provision of anv combinations of fixtures requiring wastewater plumbing that does <br />include a shower or bathtub shall he allowed only via a "yuest house" or "plumhiny <br />in accessory huildiny" conditional use permit as reyutated in the rnniny code, and <br />subject to provision of municipal sanitary sewer or a conforming septic system <br />designed to handle the anticipated flows from such fixtures. <br />Section 10 JO <br />Subd. 3. Conditional Uses. <br />O. Plumhiny in Accessory Ruildiny. The provision of a bathtub or shower in an accessory <br />building.
