§ 10 .03 <br />Subd. 7. One Building Per Lot. Except in the case of <br />Planned Residential Developments as provided for <br />more than one principal building shall be located on a o <br />that staff may issue a permit to use a manufactured home that snaxx <br />meet all required setback standards or an existing dwelling <br />new principal structure is being constructed. Lots to Face Streets. Each lot shall face on a <br />public street or appropriate private easement. <br />Subd. 9. Accessory Buildings. <br />A. Time of Construction. No accesso.’-y building or <br />structure shall be constructed on any lot prior to the time o <br />construction of the principal building to which it is accessory. <br />B. Height Restrictions. Area Restrictions. In all ”R" Districts no <br />will be allowed under the following conditions: <br />1. Not more than one Oversized Accessory <br />Structure (OAS) shall be permitted on any property.
