The storage <br />trusses would bring the peak height of the garage 3 feet higher than standard <br />trusses would. <br />HARDSHIP/DESCRIPTION OF UNUSUAL PROPERTY CONDITIONS <br />Describe undue hardship or practical difficulty or unusual property <br />conditions preventing compliance with Zoning Code requirements: <br />Due to the size of our house, we are limited on storage space. The extra room <br />and strength of the storage trusses would allow greater use of the garage.
