The applicants are requesting a variance <br />from lot size requirements to construct the structure. A second variance from <br />average lakeshore setback requirements is necessary to build on the property. <br />The property also contains a boat house that the applicants have requested to <br />remain on the property during the demolition and reconstruction period.
