Brown <br />2376 Shadywood Road <br />Conditional Use Permit --Public Hearing <br />Zoning District: LR-IB, One Family Lakeshore Residential District (1 acre) <br />Lot Size:5\jn sq. ft. (1.18 acres) <br />Application:The applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to work below the <br />Ordinary High Water Level for improvements to the boathouse that exists on <br />the property. The project includes adding 4 new wood posts to' raise the <br />lakeside boat entrance to level the structure, and add a new beam along the <br />bottom of the structure for support. • <br />Pertinent Ordinances: <br />Section 10.09, Conditional Uses <br />Section 10.56, Subd. 3(29), Water Oriented Accessory Structures <br />Proposed Project; <br />The boathouse has been located in its present location for many years. The applicant has <br />proposed to do some structural modifications that would level the boathouse. The applicant <br />has indicated the boathouse is in good condition. The modification would include placing <br />new wood posts under the boathouse with beams above the posts to support the structure. <br />City Code states any work done below the Ordinary High Water Level requires a Conditional <br />Use Permit.
