The conditions dfi apply generally to other land or structures in the district in which said land is <br />located. <br />The same lot area, lot width and setback requirements apply to all residential lots in the LR-IA <br />Distria. <br />8. The granting of the application is nsi4 necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of <br />substantial property right of the applicant <br />The applicant has the right to maintain the existing residence. There is not necessaiity any inherent <br />right to construct a larger residence on the property nor to make changes to the property that do not <br />meet City codes. <br />9. The granting of the proposed variance will impair health, safety, comfort, morals, and in other <br />respects is contrary to the intent of the Zoning Code. <br />Granting of these variances will reduce the integrity of the Zoning Code and violate a <br />Constitutional principle of equal protection under the Law. <br />Granting of these variances would be contrary to the following portion of the intent ofthe Zoning <br />Code: <br />Section 10.01 Subd. 2 Intent and Purpose. <br />(6) preventing the overcrowding of land and undue concentration of structures by regulating the <br />use of the land and buildings and the bulk of buildings in relation to the land and buildings <br />surrounding them. <br />Granting of these variances would allow the most overcrowded parcel in the neighborhood to <br />become more overcrowded. <br />(7)....protecting the quality of storm water runoff.
