Staff Recommendation <br />To approve the conditional use permit for the proposed berms on the residential properties at the <br />size and height shown on the plans subject to: <br />1. Installation of silt fencing for erosion control and wetland protection. <br />2.Establishing and maintain natural vegetation on the berms after fii al grading <br />of the berms. <br />3.Applicant to provide the City with the proposed berm design for the parking <br />lot before May 20,1998, that meets all of the requirements listed in this report. <br />Attachments a-d by address of each individual property
