However, two additional items of <br />infomiation are critical to the application given the steep slopes and the requested setback variances: <br />1. <br />2. <br />House plans and elevation views. These do not have to be architect drawings or final <br />construction plans, but should depict the basic shape, size and exterior views of the <br />house. <br />Topographic information with a proposed grading plan. This is especially critical if <br />you plan to do any excavating to create a walkout situation. <br />I would be pleased to meet with you the week of May 4-8 to go over the proposed plans and answer <br />any questions you might have. The two items noted above should be submitted by May 11 if at all <br />possible.
