According to the proposed floor plan, a living <br />room and kitchen would be in the additional area. A street side deck is also <br />proposed. The applicant proposes removing parking area and a sidewalk. A <br />bluff setback is also required because the proposed addition is located <br />between the top of the bluff and the 30' bluff setback.
