The building will have plumbing and heat; <br />plumbing is necessary for the pool filters and heater as well as shower and lavatory. Heat will <br />eliminate the need to shut down and drain the facility should the threat of an early freeze occur. <br />The roof and exterior walls were stripped during demolition of the two additions, the renovated <br />original structure will be finished with hand spilt cedar shake to match the main house. <br />The lot area of each parcel should be on the survey I foiAvarded with die application; however, <br />4605 is five (5) acres, and 4607 is 2.0164 acres. <br />If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at your convenience. <br />Thank you for your continued cooperation. <br />F.
