The minimum area <br />requirements for each proposed lot as prescribed in the Zoning <br />Chapter of the City Code. The lot area must also comply with the <br />on-site septic system provisions of the City Code. Public and <br />private rights-of-way, or vehicular or pedestrian easements, or <br />surface areas below the ordinary high-water mark of any surface <br />water or wetlands or flood plain areas may not be used in order to <br />meet any portion of the minimum lot area requirements. <br />J
