CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE Cm' COUNCIL <br />NO 3 5 4 6_____ <br />1. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />Applicam and owner shall be responsible for installing a conforming septic system <br />to serve the four bedroom residence by September ^0, 1995. <br />Applicant or applicant's contractor is encouraged to review the need for either a <br />new culvert or the reinstallation of an existing culven to create positive drainage <br />in ditch at public roadway. <br />Notice is herebv given to both applicant and ftiture owners that the tennis court <br />located 9’ from' the west side lot line, 34’ from the street lot line and located in <br />front of the front line of the principal stnicmre is recognized as nonconforming <br />requiring variance approvals for major structural repairs. <br />Authorities granted bv this variance run with the property not with the applicant, <br />but are perinissive only and must be exercised by application for a builoing <br />permit within one year of the date of Council approval, or this variance will <br />expire on that date (March 27, 1996). <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br />resolution shall constimte a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The undersianed applicant has read, understood and hereby agrees to the terms <br />of this resolution and on behalf of Powder Packers Inc., us heirs, successors and <br />assigns, hereby agrees to the recording of this resolution tn the chatn of tttle ot <br />the property. <br />Page 3 of 5
