The <br />applicants want to replace the 24' x 26' garage by moving it forward of the <br />previous footprint approximately 5'-7' and attaching it to the residence at the <br />porch. A side yard variance is required to encroach into the 10' required side <br />yard. The previous garage was located 6.16' from the property line. <br />The property is located in the 250'-500' setback area. The existing hardcover <br />exceeds the 30% limit.
