B <br />HARDSHIP / DESCRIPTION FOR LEN <br />BUSCH PROPERTY <br />I would like to build a hobby work shop. I <br />will use the same look as the house . Since I am <br />already over the prescribed 25% ground cover and <br />will add a net of 1% , for a total of 31% ground <br />cover. In doing so I will remove some of my <br />driveway area covered for a net increase of 536 <br />square feet. Since all the run off north of my house <br />including the new building , goes into the wetland on <br />my property there will be no increase in run off to the <br />lake .
