A drainage area map with pre and post development calculations should <br />be submitted for review. <br />5. Easements: Drainage and utility easements should be provided 5 feet wide along all interior lot <br />lines and 10 feet wide along the roadway right-of -ways. Utility easements will need to be <br />revised based on the final sanitary design. Drainage easements should be provided across all <br />wetlands and drainage ways. <br />6.
