Applicant <br />proposes to divide the property into two lots, each to contain a duplex. The property current' / <br />consists of 4 tax parcels, three of which formerly contained residence structures. <br />Context of Site in Relation to Surrounding Uses <br />The property in question has a unique history which may provide some context for the current <br />proposal. Historically, the property and tlie four adjacent residential properties to the east of it, have <br />been located between two commercial marinas.
