Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />(#14) REPORT OF PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVES <br />ATTENDING COUNCIL MEETINGS ON JANUARY 26,1998 AND FEBRUARY <br />9,1998 <br />No additional comments were given. <br />(#15) OTHER ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION <br />Smith was congratulated on her appointment as C lair of the Planning Commission. Hawn <br />will be Vice Chair. Smith extended accolades to Lindquist on his performance as Chair of <br />the Planning Commission this past year. Commissioners extended appreciation to <br />Lindquist. <br />McMillan suggested the City provide magnetic signs for Planning Commissioners to place <br />on their vehicles during property review to identify their presence. Lindquist felt a picture <br />identification would be a good idea as well. Gaffron will explore the possibility of <br />providing identification. <br />Smith was informed that the Home Occupation report will be given to Council for further <br />direction. No further work has been done on the Tree Preservation Ordinance. <br />25
