Your proposed <br />home looks lovely and will be a great addition to the Point We have signed and mailed <br />the forms you sent Hopefully the city will approve the variance you need and <br />construction can begin. You have our endorsement if requested. <br />We have lived at 1520 for over 23 years and have enjoyed this location immensely. We <br />have 3 married sons who have blessed us with 9 grandchildren, from 10 months to 9 years <br />old. You ’ll see them aroui?d on weekends. Maybe they will be playmates for Matthew <br />and Amanda. <br />On the survey of your property you can see that our house is lined up with the lake shore <br />like yours, rather than the lot line. As a result the property line appears to cut diagonally <br />across our front yard. Many years before we bought our home the rock at the lake shore <br />was placed in front of the house which resulted in some 20 or so feet of rock being on <br />your land. Please let me know if you plan to remove the rock that is on your property <br />and install some other type of lake shore treatment.
