The <br />garage requires a variance for an accessory structure located in front of the principal <br />structure. A conditional use permit is also required for locating an accessory structure <br />on a through lot. The proposed decks require street and bluff setback variances. The <br />application was tabled at the January 20,1998 Planning Commission meeting.
