We reviewed the above plat and make the following comhients; <br />• The developer should dedicate an additional 7 feet of road right of way, for a total of 40 feet from <br />centerline. This dedication will accommodate future utilities, snow storage, ditch maintenajice, etc. <br />• Access via a street entrance at outlet ‘A’ is acceptable. All c.xisting driveways must be removed and no <br />other access will be permitted. <br />• All proposed construction within county right of way requires an approved Hennepin Count>' permit <br />prior to beginning construction. This includes, but is not limited to access drainage and utility <br />construction, trail development and landscaping.
