VVe reviewed the above plat and make the following comments: <br />• The 33 foot right of way is acceptable <br />• Access via an upgraded street entrance at outlet ‘A’ is acceptable. <br />All proposed construction within county right of way requires an approved Hennepin County permit <br />prior to beginmng construction. This includes, but is not limited to access drainage and utility <br />constnjction, tran development and landscaping.
