ORDINANCE NO., SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE <br />MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE BY DELETING <br />THE HOME OCCUPATION LICENSING REQUIREMENTS <br />The City Council of Orono ordains as follows: <br />Section 1. That Section 5.40, "Home Occupations" be deleted to read as follows: <br />sec. 5.4 0. HOME OCCUPATIONS: <br />Subd. 1. License Required. It is unlawful forimy peraon-to engage in,-ef <br />carry-on. a home oeeupatioi», -a3 that term is defined in-the Zomng Chapter of the <br />City Code, without first having-obtained a license therefor from-thc-City: <br />Subd. 2. Regulation:--Licenses will only be isaued-if-thc specific uae-4 9 <br />permitted or otherwise allowed by the Zoning Chapter, and if all conditions set forth <br />in soid Chapter arc fully complied with: <br />Subd. 3. License Period. All liccnsca for home occupations oholl ex pirc-on <br />September 30 of each year. Application for renewal of on existing home occupation <br />license shall be mode to the Cit>' Clerk at least sixty (60) daya prior to the ex piration <br />date? <br />Section 2. Adoption and Publication.
