The power pole must be moved to the corner of the lot, as <br />previously agreed. <br />2. The parking area should be resurfac-;d with gravel. <br />3. The iron corner stakes should be replaced in their proper <br />locations. <br />4. He should be compensated $4,000.00 for the loss of value <br />of the property. <br />s The assessed value of the lot would be reduced to $2,000.00 <br />?o reflect thl reduo^ion in the market value caused by the <br />improper installation of the pumping station. <br />Tf it is not possible to settle on the above basis, <br />you will proceed with the condemnation within the next few y <br />Sincerely, <br />Warren E.
