An exterior door has been added to provide egress. <br />The basement previously had no windows or exits, other than the staircase to the <br />garage. Historically, a second kitchen in a residence has alerted staff to a possible <br />second unit inside a dwelling. A second kitchen with a bath and sleeping romm <br />constitutes a second unit.
