01� CITY OF ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��'41011k NO. 7386 <br /> "�kEsHo�� <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br /> AN EXTENSION TO <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PUBLIC SERVICE STRUCTRE <br /> FILE NO. LA23-000035 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City") is a municipal corporation organized <br /> and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter"City Council") adopted land <br /> development regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, Metropolitan Council is the owner (hereinafter the "Owner") of the property at <br /> 3447 Crystal Bay Road, legally described as: <br /> That part of Lot 3, Block 1, Wiley's Park, Lake Minnetonka, lying Southerly of a line drawn <br /> from a point on the Easterly line of said Lot 3, distant 35 feet Northerly of the Southeast <br /> corner of said Lot 3, through a point on the Westerly line of said Lot 3 distant 73 feet <br /> northerly of the Southwest corner of said Lot 3;and that part of Lot 4, said Block 1, Wiley's <br /> Park, Lake Minnetonka, lying Southerly of a line drawn from a point on the Easterly line of <br /> said Lot 4 distant 83 feet Northerly of the Southeast corner of said Lot 4, through a point on <br /> the Westerly line of said Lot 4 distant 113.5 feet Northerly of the Southwest corner of said <br /> Lot 4, Hennepin County, Minnesota. (hereinafter collectively the"Property"); <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council granted a Conditional Use Permit, LA21-000070, for lift station <br /> via Resolution 7235, which had an expiration date of December 6,2023; and <br /> WHEREAS, City Staff granted an administrative extension included in Resolution 7235; and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 24, 2023, the Owners request an extension to December 6, 2024; and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of Orono does hereby <br /> grant a 2nd extension CUP, to expire December 6, 2024 unless a building permit has been <br /> obtained. <br /> ADOPTED by the Orono City Council on this 24st day of July, 2023. <br /> AT ST: CITY O R <br /> Anna Carlson, City Clerk Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br /> 1 <br />
